Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since Perfect Pesha is offering its services on the website www.perfectpesha.com, Perfect Pesha recognizes the intrinsic right of the user to cancel his/her subscription to the services of the website and hence adheres to the following refund policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case User feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per Users expectations, User must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the User’s complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Refund will be settled in 15-30 working days from the request received.
